Ms. JiHyun Hong, Wharton MBA, is a Supply Optimization and Commercialization Manager at Agoda, one of the world’s fastest-growing online travel booking platforms under the Booking Holdings umbrella. She develops and executes a strategic roadmap for chain hotel supply (KeyAccounts) booking growth by identifying opportunities across the organization including account management practices, pricing, and marketing. Previously, JiHyun was Partnerships Innovation Manager at Agoda. She was in charge of sales process improvement for the Strategic Partnerships team. Before that, she was Sales Executive at Hilton Worldwide, Conrad Seoul. Ms. JiHyun earned her MBA at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She also completed BBA in Hotel Management at Kyung Hee University, Seoul, South Korea.
